Mr. Fran Voigt and Mr. John Dranow founded New England Culinary Institute (NECI) in Montpelier, Vermont in 1980. Their vision was for a unique educational institution based on the medical school model of "learn-by-doing" training in real-life situations.
Cooking Schools
Schools, programs, and classes which teach cooking. These include formal classes which prepare the student for a career in cooking, week long seminars for the serious home chef, and simple night or weekend classes for those wanting to learn a new skill or brush up on a technique.
